All fairly clean, fantastic staff and location. I loved having iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, so I had a quite comfortable stay. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Niagara Falls.

Fairly clean, the staff were competent, reasonably priced food. I had the tradition queen room which was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Late check-out too. The location was unbeatable and had absolutely beautiful views.

Everything we wanted to see, such as fallsview indoor waterpark was within walking distance of the venue. Private parking on-site. Crowne Restaurant served dishes within 600 feet off the hotel.
